Noah's A-Team

Our son Noah was 18 months when he was diagnosed with Autism. It is hard to understand and know that your life will never be the same. Since then we have gone through hurdles to get Noah the support he needs, and of course as parents we have learned the value of patience we never thought possible! But as the saying goes unconditional love will get you through anything! Autism is different for every person and you go through different experiences as a family. I am pleased to announce that in the last three months Noah's language has blossomed, he has started using 3 to 4 word sentences and we could not be more proud! He is starting to understand how important communication is and is trying his hardest to put words together every day. Part of this success is the consistency of his home therapy, speech therapy and the school he attends is specifically geared towards the level of Autism he is in. One of the reasons we decided to be involved is because we realize that therapies and special schools cost money, usually money that most parents do not have and most school are not receiving enough funding, so This organization focuses of helping our local community of San Diego, which is very important to us that the money stays local!!!
Most of you have met Noah and know he is a very sweet little boy full of energy and full of love! As a family we are learning every day how to be better parents and to better understand how Autism works. This cause is very dear to us, and I'll appreciate all the support I can get! Together we can make a difference and spread awareness to all!
Love - Masson, Cristina & Noah
